Flavours were ok but the chicken in all three dishes was awful, tough and so dry. I was surprised at how small the portions were considering the price. We won’t go back.

I noticed that your prices have increased. We have eaten many times at your restaurants over the last 6 or 7 years. I ordered a curry and there were so many carrots and not so much meat. $26.00 is a lot to pay for carrots. I also ordered a large coconut rice. It seemed quite small. Perhaps my memory is not good on the portion sizes but all in all I paid 56.00 for a curry, rice and spring rolls. It is too expensive. I don't think we will come back again.

My first experience at this location has been simply average. The online ordering system says that the restaurant needs to confirm the order and I received confirmation before arriving. To my surprise the order was not prepared when I arrived. Instead the order wasn’t received (or at least that was what they said) and they prepared it when I arrived. I had my kids in the car so I was already in a rush to go back home thinking it would be a simple food pickup. I made the most out of the time to wash my car to kill time but had there not been other amenities, I would have been more frustrated. When I opened the food at home, they provided me with the wrong protein (I’ve ordered beef but got chicken for the curry). The chicken in the curry was also on the overcooked side and there was more chicken than noodles in my other pad sew dish. I’ve been one of the first people to go to the original location in Calgary almost 10 years ago and after it was franchised to the Chestermere and now the Okotoks location, the food quality really has gone down. Would I go back? Maybe but only if I’m desperate for Thai food.

Online ordering was easy and pickup was fast. They put cling wrap around the lids of the containers so the curry wouldn't spill during transportation :) Very thoughtful touch. Food is amazing and portions are generous, absolutely coming back
